How many days usually before I can receive a reply from your representatives?

Usually, it will take about 24-48hours depending on a load of emails we are receiving on the day-to-day basis. If it takes longer than that, you may want to check out your SPAM mail to see if our message was rerouted there. Feel free also to make follow-ups. Rest assured that we are working to be able to get back to you as soon as we can.


How long before the renovations are done?

This depends on the size of the project. If it is on a smaller scale, say you are getting our service to renovate a room of the house, then it would just take a week or two. This is the approximate time frame if all the materials are readily available and you are not requesting them to be shipped from overseas. The latter would take longer.


Do you ask for advance payment?

Yes, we do for security purposes. We ask for 25-30% advance payment after the agreement is done depending on the size of the project. This is non-refundable and non-transferrable.


Can I be the one to choose the materials to be used during the renovations?

Every customer has the right to that but it is also important to understand that it should have the agreement of the architect or designer assigned to the project. We are not specialists for nothing. We know what works and what does not. But we guaranteed you that we are going to work on the specifics you want.
